The invention discloses a deepwater mooring cable protective laying method which comprises the following steps: when an engineering ship lays an anchor chain to the tail end, the anchor chain is limited and fixed to the tail of the engineering ship through a pair of shark pincers, and after a steel cable and a working winch are in limited connection with the anchor chain, the shark pincers are opened to lower the steel cable; the steel cable is lifted out of the stern and put into water through the crane, connection between the crane and the steel cable is released, and the steel cable and the working winch put down an anchor chain synchronously; the crane is connected with an anchor chain at the reclaimed water position, the load of the anchor chain is transferred to the crane, and connection between the working winch and the anchor chain is released; the crane rotates towards the broadside of the engineering ship and changes the amplitude, and the distance between the anchor chain and the steel cable is increased; and the engineering ship lowers the steel cable, the crane lifts the anchor chain to lower synchronously, the load of the anchor chain is kept acting on the crane, and protective laying of the steel cable is completed. According to the deepwater mooring cable, the stress load of the steel cable in the laying process of the deepwater mooring cable is reduced, destructive damage to the steel cable due to overlarge load is avoided, and the service life of the steel cable is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种深水系泊缆保护性铺设方法,包括以下步骤:当工程船铺设锚链至末端时,通过鲨鱼钳将锚链限位固定于工程船船尾,将钢缆和工作绞车与锚链限位连接后,打开鲨鱼钳下放钢缆;通过吊机将钢缆吊出船尾下放入水,解开吊机与钢缆的连接,钢缆和工作绞车同步下放锚链;吊机在中水位置连接锚链,将锚链载荷转移至吊机上,解开工作绞车与锚链的连接;吊机向工程船舷侧旋转并变幅,拉开锚链与钢缆的距离;工程船下放钢缆,吊机提着锚链同步下放,保持锚链载荷作用于吊机,完成钢缆保护性铺设。本发明通过降低钢缆在深水系泊缆在铺设过程中的受力荷载,避免了钢缆因载荷过大产生破坏性损伤,增加了钢缆的使用寿命。
