The invention discloses a steer-by-wire hand feeling simulation device which is characterized in that a first transmission part is fixed on a power source output shaft; the first transmission part can transmit the second transmission part; the second transmission part is fixed on the steering column and can transmit the third transmission part; a first blocking piece and a second blocking piece are fixed to the two ends of the third transmission piece correspondingly. The two sides of the third blocking piece face one end of the first elastic piece and one end of the second elastic piece respectively, and the third blocking piece is always fixed relative to the power source and the steering column. The other end of the first elastic piece faces the first blocking piece; the other end of the second elastic piece faces the second blocking piece. According to the steering-by-wire hand feeling simulation device, on the premise that a steering intermediate shaft is not configured and no external assistance exists, the steering angle stroke of the steering-by-wire hand feeling simulation device can be restrained, the steering angle certainty is achieved, and the torque characteristic of a mechanical steering system can be simulated.

    本发明公开了一种线控转向手感模拟装置,包括:动力源输出轴上固定第一传动件;第一传动件能传动第二传动件;第二传动件固定在转向管柱上,其能传动第三传动件;第三传动件两端分别固定有第一阻挡件和第二阻挡件;第三阻挡件两侧分别面对第一弹性件一端和第二弹性件一端,其与动力源和转向管柱始终保持相对位置固定;第一弹性件另一端面对第一阻挡件;第二弹性件另一端面对第二阻挡件。本发明在不配置转向中间轴且没有外部助力的前提下,可以约束线控转向手感模拟装置的转角行程,实现转角确定性,并能模拟机械转向系统力矩特性。
