The invention relates to a method for getting on and off passengers on a high-speed train without stopping. The method is implemented by matching a transfer vehicle 2 with butt-joint cabin doors at the front and back and a high-speed train 1 with a butt-joint cabin door at the tail part. And the transfer vehicle 2 stops at the station in advance. When the high-speed rail train 1 passes through the main line, the transfer train 2 is started at a selected time and drives into the main line through the crossroad to catch up the high-speed rail train 1 in an accelerated mode, the high-speed rail train 1 can be properly decelerated, and when the two trains approach at the same speed, butt joint is achieved. After butt joint, the cabin door is opened, the passengers on the transfer vehicle 2 enter the high-speed rail train 1, and then the passengers who need to get off the train at the next station in the high-speed rail train 1 enter the transfer vehicle 2. And the two vehicles are separated after the cabin door is closed. And the separated high-speed rail train 1 continues to move forwards to be in butt joint with the transfer train of the next station. And after separation, the transfer vehicle 2 is driven to the next station to deliver passengers to get off. And each station repeats the process in sequence. The high-speed train 1 can get on and off passengers without stopping in the whole process.
