The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses a stabilizer bar assembly, an automobile and an assembling method of the stabilizer bar assembly. The stabilizer bar assembly includes a stabilizer bar, a first swing arm, a second swing arm, and a plug. The stabilizer bar is of a hollow structure, and the two end faces of the stabilizer bar are pentagonal equal-thickness curved surfaces in shape. A first connecting hole is formed in the first swing arm, the shape of the first connecting hole is matched with that of the end face of the stabilizer bar, and one end of the stabilizer bar is arranged in the first connecting hole in a penetrating mode; a second connecting hole is formed in the second swing arm, the shape of the second connecting hole is matched with that of the end face of the stabilizer bar, and the other end of the stabilizer bar is arranged in the second connecting hole in a penetrating mode; the plugs are matched with the end face of the stabilizer bar in shape, and the two plugs are in interference connection with the two ends of the stabilizer bar correspondingly so that the stabilizer bar can be tightly connected with the first swing arm and the second swing arm. According to the invention, reliable connection of the stabilizer bar and the swing arm can be realized, and quality defects caused by welding are avoided; the roll rigidity of the automobile can be improved, the roll angle is reduced, and the operation stability is improved.

    本发明属于汽车技术领域,公开了稳定杆总成、汽车及稳定杆总成的装配方法。该稳定杆总成包括稳定杆、第一摆臂、第二摆臂和堵塞。稳定杆为空心结构,稳定杆的两端面形状为五边形等厚曲面;第一摆臂上设有第一连接孔,第一连接孔的形状与稳定杆的端面形状相匹配,稳定杆的一端穿设于第一连接孔内;第二摆臂上设有第二连接孔,第二连接孔的形状与稳定杆的端面形状相匹配,稳定杆的另一端穿设于第二连接孔内;堵塞与稳定杆的端面形状相匹配,两个堵塞分别与稳定杆的两端过盈连接以使稳定杆与第一摆臂和第二摆臂紧连接。通过本发明,能实现稳定杆和摆臂的可靠性连接,避免焊接带来的质量缺陷;能够提升汽车侧倾刚度,降低侧倾角度,提高操稳性能。
