The invention discloses a traffic risk perception system based on a smart city, which comprises a road data acquisition module, a road surface data analysis module, a road section condition acquisition module and a road section condition decision processing module, and is characterized in that the road data acquisition module is used for acquiring the number of lanes, the number of pits and the corresponding pit degree of a road; the road section condition acquisition module is used for acquiring the pedestrian flow, the traffic flow, the corresponding vehicle types and the distance between two adjacent traffic lights in the unit time of the road section. According to the method, factors in multiple aspects can be comprehensively considered, then the road condition is analyzed, the limited vehicle speed of the road section is controlled and adjusted according to the actual road condition, and meanwhile, a traffic department can be timely reminded to arrange personnel as soon as possible for command evacuation under the condition that congestion or accidents may occur.
本发明公开了一种基于智慧城市的交通风险感知系统,包括:道路数据采集模块、路面数据分析模块、路段情况采集模块、路段情况决策处理模块,所述道路数据采集模块,用于采集道路的车道数、坑洼数目及相应的坑洼程度;所述路段情况采集模块,用于采集该路段单位时间内的人流量、车流量及相应的车辆类型、相邻俩交通灯的距离。本发明不仅能够从多方面因素综合考虑,进而对道路情况进行分析,并根据实际道路情况对该路段的限制车速进行控制调整,同时在可能发生拥堵或者事故的情况下,可及时提醒交通部门尽快安排人员进行指挥疏散。
