The invention discloses a ship long shafting intermediate bearing active damping device which comprises a ship body and a propulsion shafting, the propulsion shafting is arranged in the advancing direction of the ship body, and a plurality of intermediate bearings are arranged on the propulsion shafting; comprising an active vibration reduction structure and a vibration control system, and the active vibration reduction structure is arranged outside a middle bearing and located between the middle bearing and a ship body; an active element is arranged in the active vibration reduction structure and electrically connected with the vibration control system. A vibration system monitors a ship body vibration signal to control an active element to generate a control force to counteract transverse vibration of a propulsion shaft system; the active element provides transverse dynamic control force (referring to the radial direction of the propulsion shafting), transmission of propeller transverse excitation to a ship body through the propulsion shafting can be actively inhibited, and the advantages of broadband vibration reduction and line spectrum control are both considered. Compared with other active elements, the piezoelectric actuator has the advantages of being high in response speed, small in size, large in thrust, stable in movement, reliable in work and the like.

    本发明公开了一种船舶长轴系中间轴承主动减振装置,包括船体和推进轴系,推进轴系沿船体的前进方向上布设,在推进轴系上设有若干个中间轴承;包括主动减振结构和振动控制系统,主动减振结构设在中间轴承外部,位于中间轴承和船体之间;主动减振结构内部设有主动元件,主动元件与振动控制系统电性相连。通过振动系统通过监测船体振动信号,控制主动元件产生控制力抵消推进轴系的横向振动;主动元件提供横向动态控制力(指代推进轴系的径向方向),可主动抑制螺旋桨横向激励通过推进轴系向船体的传递,具有兼顾宽带减振与线谱控制的优点。压电作动器,相比于其他主动元件,具有响应速度快、体积小、推力大、运动平稳、工作可靠等优点。
