    本发明公开了STP真空绝热板复合铝单板保温砂浆施工装置及方法,涉及STP真空绝热板施工技术领域。本发明中:升降架上端配置有用于举升保温砂浆罐的升降台。导向杆上方设置有沿着导向杆布置方向定向移动的主支撑架,主支撑架下端设有滑动安装在导向杆上的导向支撑块。保温砂浆罐环侧设有若干与导向支撑块定位连接的侧转块,保温砂浆罐底部设置有与保温砂浆罐内部腔体连通的出浆口管,保温砂浆罐底部设有位于出浆口管下方的斜挡板、抹浆平板。主支撑架中间位置配置竖直移动的升降杆,升降杆下端固定连接有与保温砂浆罐上侧开口相配合的施压板。本发明大幅度降低了施工者的身体劳累程度,缩短了取料时间,提高了施工效率。
