The invention provides a monorail crane gear driving system. The monorail crane gear driving system comprises a rack rail and a rack rail driving unit. The toothed rail comprises a plurality of toothed rail sections, clamping parts are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each toothed rail section, and a plurality of rail teeth are arranged at the bottom of each toothed rail section at intervals; a first connecting hanging piece and a second connecting hanging piece are arranged in the adjacent areas between every two adjacent rack rail sections respectively. Each rack rail driving unit comprises a driving frame, a bearing wheel, a gear box and a driving unit; the bearing wheel is positioned at the top of the driving frame and is embedded in the clamping part; the gear box is arranged in the driving frame and comprises a driving gear, and the driving gear is meshed with the track teeth; the driving unit is arranged on one side of the driving frame and connected with the driving gear, and the driving gear is meshed with the track teeth; and the driving unit is driven by a gear-driven hydraulic system. According to the monorail crane gear driving system, the risk of slipping between the driving wheel and the rail caused by environmental factors and artificial factors is eliminated, and meanwhile the cost of the gear driving mode is lower than that of friction driving.

    本发明提供一种单轨吊齿轮驱动系统,包括齿轨和齿轨驱动单元;齿轨包括多个齿轨段,齿轨段两侧对称设置可夹持部,齿轨段的底部间隔设置多个轨道齿;在相邻的两个齿轨段之间的邻接区域分别设有第一连接吊件和第二连接吊件;每个齿轨驱动单元均包括驱动架、承载轮、齿轮箱和驱动单元;承载轮位于驱动架顶部且嵌合于可夹持部;齿轮箱设置于驱动架内,包括驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与轨道齿啮合;驱动单元设置在驱动架的一侧,驱动单元连接驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与轨道齿啮合;驱动单元通过齿驱液压系统驱动。本发明的一种单轨吊齿轮驱动系统,消除了因环境因素和人工因素导致的驱动轮与轨道之间打滑的危险性,同时齿轮驱动的方式成本相对于摩擦驱动更低。
