The invention discloses an elevator braking failure control system which comprises a speed detection device fixedly connected with a main shaft of an elevator motor, coaxially rotating with the main shaft of the elevator motor and used for measuring the lifting speed of the elevator; the oil pressure detection device is fixedly connected with the damper brake and used for measuring the oil pressure of the damper brake; the brake failure control module is in communication connection with the speed detection device and the oil pressure detection device, the brake failure control module further comprises a control module, a speed judgment module, an oil pressure judgment module, a speed limiting module and a triggering module, the speed judgment module is used for judging the speed of the lifting motor, and the oil pressure judgment module is used for judging the oil pressure; the oil pressure judgment module is used for judging the oil pressure of the damper brake, and the control module is used for controlling the speed limiting module and the triggering module according to judgment results of the speed judgment module and the oil pressure judgment module, so that the damper brake is braked, and the speed of the lifting motor is controlled. Through the elevator braking failure control system disclosed by the invention, safe and reliable operation of the elevator can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种提升机制动失效控制系统,包括:速度检测装置,与提升电机的主轴固定连接,且与提升电机的主轴同轴同转,用于测量提升机的提升速度;油压检测装置,与制动闸固定连接,用于测量制动闸的油压;制动失效控制模块,与速度检测装置和所述油压检测装置通信连接,且所述制动失效控制模块还包括控制模块、速度判断模块、油压判断模块、限速模块和触发模块,速度判断模块用于判断提升电机的速度,油压判断模块用于判断制动闸的油压,控制模块根据用于根据速度判断模块和油压判断模块的判断结果,控制限速模块和所述触发模块,使制动闸抱闸以及控制提升电机的速度。通过本发明公开的提升机制动失效控制系统,能够保证提升机安全可靠运行。
