The invention discloses a device and method for controlling vertical vibration of a semi-submersible platform through a rotating inertia damper. The device comprises a semi-submersible platform system, an anchoring system, a rotating inertia damper system and a water tank testing system. The rotary inertia damper system is used for controlling the vertical vibration of the semi-submersible platform system; the anchoring system prevents the semi-submersible platform system from shifting in the testing process; and the water tank test system is used for checking and testing the effectiveness of the rotation inertia damper system for controlling the vertical vibration of the semi-submersible platform system. The vertical linear motion of the semi-submersible platform system is ingeniously converted into high-speed rotation of the rotating pipe through the ball screw, so that the damping plate is driven to rotate, and a remarkable damping effect is provided for the semi-submersible platform system; the rule that the vertical vibration inherent frequency of the semi-submersible platform falls within the wave frequency range is determined, it is ensured that the semi-submersible platform and the fixed/tuned vertical vibration plate resonate in the vertical direction, and the control effect the same as or even better than that of a fixed/tuned vertical vibration plate is achieved through smaller physical mass.

    本发明公开了转动惯性阻尼器控制半潜式平台垂向振动的装置及方法。本发明装置包括半潜式平台系统、锚泊系统、转动惯性阻尼器系统、水槽测试系统;转动惯性阻尼器系统用于控制半潜式平台系统垂向振动;锚泊系统防止半潜式平台系统在测试过程中发生偏移;水槽测试系统用于检验和测试转动惯性阻尼器系统控制半潜式平台系统垂向振动的有效性。本发明巧妙地利用滚珠丝杠将半潜式平台系统的垂向直线运动转化为旋转管的高速转动,从而带动阻尼板的旋转,为半潜式平台系统提供显著的阻尼效果;确定了半潜式平台的垂振固有频率落在波浪频率范围内的规则,确保两者在垂向发生共振,利用更小的物理质量实现了与固定/调谐垂振板相同甚至更好的控制效果。
