The vehicle posture sensing subsystem is used for sensing the posture of a vehicle body, and if the posture of the vehicle body is within a selected vehicle posture range, the real-time flow of a drainage pipe of the rainwater drainage subsystem is started to be monitored; the data processing subsystem is used for comparing the real-time flow with the designed flow of the drainage pipe under the same rainfall and judging the through-flow efficiency deviation degree of the drainage pipe relative to a factory leaving state; if the through-flow efficiency deviation degree of a certain drainage pipe exceeds an allowable threshold value, it is judged that the drainage pipe breaks down, and the fault processing subsystem is triggered.
