The invention discloses a heavy truck battery locking mechanism which comprises a base frame, a plurality of deviation rectifying stand columns, a positioning pin assembly, a cross type turning locking assembly and a battery socket assembly, the plurality of deviation rectifying stand columns are arranged on the inner side of the periphery of a rectangular bearing frame of the base frame and used for rectifying deviation when the battery frame falls to enable the battery frame to be aligned with the rectangular bearing frame, and the positioning pin assembly is arranged on the base frame. The number of the crossed type turning locking assemblies is two, each set of assembly comprises a linear driver, a double-fork rod, a sliding rail and a pair of locking blocks restrained on the sliding rail, and the battery frame is subjected to position deviation correction in the falling process and then is positioned by the positioning pin assembly; and the pair of locking blocks can lock the position of the battery frame cushion block when extending out of the two ends of the sliding rail. The locking mechanism integrates the functions of positioning, deviation rectifying, damping, multi-degree-of-freedom locking and the like, the structure is simplified, work is reliable, and the equipment weight is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种重卡电池锁止机构,包括底座框架、若干纠偏立柱、定位销组件、交叉式变向锁死组件、以及电池插座组件,若干纠偏立柱布置在底座框架的矩形承重框的四周内侧,用于在电池框架下落时纠偏,使之与矩形承重框对齐,所述交叉式变向锁死组件共设置两套,每套组件包括直线驱动器、双叉杆、滑轨、以及约束在滑轨上的一对锁止块,其中,电池框架在下落过程中先经过位置纠偏后再由定位销组件进行定位,所述一对锁止块自滑轨两端伸出时能够对电池框架垫块进行位置锁止。本发明锁止机构集成定位、纠偏、减震、多自由度锁死等功能,其结构简化、工作可靠、设备重量降低。
