An intelligent tractor hybrid power system with a super capacitor comprises a range extender, a power battery, the super capacitor, a traction motor, a PTO motor, a low-voltage storage battery, two DC/DC converters and a DC/AC converter, and the range extender is electrically connected with the power battery, the two DC/DC converters and the DC/AC converter through direct-current buses. The power battery is electrically connected with the second DC/DC converter and the DC/AC converter, the second DC/DC converter is electrically connected with the low-voltage storage battery, the first DC/DC converter is electrically connected with the super capacitor, the super capacitor is electrically connected with the DC/AC converter, the DC/AC converter is electrically connected with the traction motor and the PTO motor, the traction motor is mechanically connected with the transmission, and the transmission is mechanically connected with the central transmission. The central transmission is mechanically connected with the rear wheels. On the basis of information provided by the intelligent driving system, the range extender, the power battery and the super capacitor are controlled, the power battery is protected, and the dynamic property, the fuel economy and the emission property of the tractor are improved.

    一种带超级电容的智能拖拉机混合动力系统,包括增程器、动力电池、超级电容、牵引电动机、PTO电动机、低压蓄电池、两个DC/DC变换器和DC/AC变换器,增程器通过直流母线分别与动力电池、两个DC/DC变换器和DC/AC变换器电连接,动力电池分别与第二DC/DC变换器、DC/AC变换器电连接,第二DC/DC变换器与低压蓄电池电连接,第一DC/DC变换器与超级电容电连接,超级电容与DC/AC变换器电连接,DC/AC变换器与牵引电动机、PTO电动机电连接,牵引电动机与变速器机械连接,变速器与中央传动机械连接,中央传动装置与后轮机械连接。本发明基于智能驾驶系统提供的信息,对增程器、动力电池、超级电容进行控制,不仅保护了动力电池,还提升了拖拉机的动力性、燃油经济性、排放性。
