The invention discloses a power takeoff control method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that when a power domain controller receives a power takeoff instruction input by a driver, whether the current state meets the power takeoff condition or not is judged; if the power take-off condition is met, a first state message is sent to a gearbox controller, and a second state message is sent to a motor controller; the gearbox controller is used for controlling suction of the power takeoff electromagnetic valve. The motor controller is used for adjusting the motor controller to enter a rotating speed control mode; and receiving a speed regulation instruction input by the driver through a speed regulation switch, and controlling a motor to regulate the rotating speed of the power takeoff based on the speed regulation instruction. The power domain controller is used for detecting the power take-off switch signal and judging the power take-off condition, instruction interaction between the TCU and the VCU is not needed, the power take-off control mode is simplified, and the economical efficiency of power take-off rotating speed control is improved.
