The invention relates to an electric suspension control system and method and an automobile, and the electric suspension control system comprises an electric control shock absorber, and further comprises an unsprung acceleration sensor which is configured to be installed on the electric control shock absorber and is used for measuring the unsprung acceleration of the electric control shock absorber; the EPS system is configured to obtain steering wheel angular velocity, longitudinal and lateral acceleration and vehicle speed signals of the vehicle in real time; the height sensor is configured to obtain the vertical displacement change of the position of the headlamp; the controller can obtain the sprung speed of the position of the electric control shock absorber according to the vertical displacement change of the position of the headlamp and the angular speed of the vehicle, and then the sprung acceleration and the unsprung speed of the position of the electric control shock absorber can be obtained. According to the invention, the driving comfort and the operation stability of the vehicle are improved; and the number of sensors is reduced. While the function of the electric control suspension control system is ensured to be realized, the design redundancy of the system is avoided, the system is simplified, and the requirements of the electric control suspension system on the whole vehicle framework and control are met.

    本发明涉及一种电悬架控制系统、方法及汽车,包括电控减振器,还包括:簧下加速度传感器,配置为安装在所述电控减振器上,用于测量所述电控减振器的簧下加速度;EPS系统,配置为实时获取车辆的方向盘角速度、纵向和侧向加速度、车速信号;高度传感器,配置为获取大灯位置的竖向位移变化;控制器,所述控制器能够根据所述大灯位置的竖向位移变化以及车辆的角速度,获取所述电控减振器位置的簧上速度,进而能够得到电控减振器位置的簧上加速度和簧下速度。本发明基于改善车辆的驾乘舒适性和操稳性;减少了传感器数量。在保证实现电控悬架控制系统功能的同时,既避免系统设计冗余,又简化了系统,满足了电控悬架系统对整车架构及控制的需求。
