The invention relates to the technical field of electromagnetic shielding, in particular to electromagnetic shielding glass for an aircraft canopy and a preparation method thereof.The electromagnetic shielding glass comprises a transparent base material, the transparent base material is methyl methacrylate hyperboloid organic glass, the thickness of the transparent base material ranges from 10 mm to 20 mm, the basic light transmittance of the transparent base material is larger than or equal to 91%, and a groove of a mesh structure is formed in the inner surface of the transparent base material through laser etching; the grooves are filled with metal slurry in an ultrasonic filling mode, the metal slurry is sintered and solidified to form a metal mesh, and anti-reflection film layers are arranged on the two sides of the transparent base material and the outer side of the metal mesh. Compared with a traditional transparent conductive oxide thin film material, the transmittance and the strong electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness are remarkably improved, and the environmental adaptability is better.

    本发明涉及电磁屏蔽技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种用于飞机座舱盖的电磁屏蔽玻璃及其制备方法,包括透明基材,透明基材采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯双曲面有机玻璃,厚度10‑20mm,基础透光率≥91%,透明基材内表面通过激光刻蚀有网栅结构的凹槽,凹槽内通过超声填充方式填充有金属浆料,金属浆料经烧结固化形成金属网栅,透明基材的两侧及金属网栅的外侧均设置有减反增透膜层。本发明相比传统透明导电氧化物薄膜材料,透过率与强电磁波屏蔽效能显著提高,环境适应性更佳。
