The embodiment of the invention relates to a battery pack cooling liquid discharge device and a vehicle, and the discharge device comprises a mounting box body which is provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, a mounting cavity and a discharge cavity, and the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are communicated with the mounting cavity; the mounting cavity is positioned in the mounting box body and used for sealing and accommodating the battery pack; the drainage cavity is positioned in the mounting box body and is separated from the mounting cavity; the discharge assembly is arranged in the discharge cavity and located on the outer wall of the mounting cavity, the discharge assembly comprises a collision piece, and the collision piece breaks down the cavity wall of the mounting cavity under the inertia effect to enable the mounting cavity to communicate with the discharge cavity, so that the cooling liquid enters the discharge cavity, the risk that the cooling liquid enters the battery pack when the battery pack is damaged is reduced, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. Therefore, the risk of fire caused by short circuit of the battery cell is reduced, and the safety of the vehicle is effectively improved.

    本申请实施例涉及一种电池包冷却液泄流装置以及车辆,泄流装置包括:安装箱体,具有进液口、出液口、安装腔和泄流腔,进液口和出液口与安装腔连通;安装腔位于安装箱体内用于密封容纳电池包;泄流腔位于安装箱体内且与安装腔分隔;泄流组件,泄流组件设置在泄流腔内,且位于安装腔的外壁上,泄流组件包括碰撞件,碰撞件在惯性作用下将述安装腔的腔壁击穿,以使安装腔与泄流腔连通,进而使冷却液进入泄流腔内,降低电池包发生损坏时冷却液进入电池包的风险,进而降低造成电芯短路起火的风险,有效提高车辆的安全性。
