The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method for hoisting equipment. The technical problems that an existing fault diagnosis method is complex and low in diagnosis accuracy and efficiency are solved. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of current sensor signals of a plurality of preset measuring points; extracting a current time domain characteristic value of each current sensor signal, and obtaining a current time domain characteristic value array of all the current sensor signals; converting the current time domain eigenvalue array into a current eigenvector group according to a set conversion rule; comparing the current feature vector group with a known feature vector group corresponding to each known event in an expert database to obtain a comparison result; and performing fault identification and diagnosis according to the comparison result.

    本发明公开了一种起重提升设备的故障诊断方法,解决现有的故障诊断方法存在的诊断方法复杂、诊断准确性和效率低的技术问题。所述方法包括:获取预设的多个测点的多个当前传感器信号;提取每个所述当前传感器信号的当前时域特征值,获得所有所述当前传感器信号的当前时域特征值数组;根据设定转换规则,将所述当前时域特征值数组转换为当前特征向量组;将所述当前特征向量组与专家库中已知的每个事件对应的已知特征向量组进行比对,获得比对结果;根据所述比对结果进行故障识别诊断。
