The invention relates to a method for judging cell voltage deviation reasons based on an image recognition technology. The method comprises the steps that S1, charging voltages and soc of all cells of a to-be-detected vehicle in the charging process are collected in real time; s2, calculating the pressure difference between the normal battery cell and the deviated battery cell in all the acquisition time points, and forming a first pressure difference change curve after the pressure difference is smoothed; s3, based on the change value of the unit time soc and a change threshold set based on the initial soc, the charging mode of the to-be-detected vehicle cell is judged, and the first voltage difference change curve is output to different deviation reason judgment models according to different charging modes; and S4, comparing the similarity between the first pressure difference change curve and a second pressure difference change curve representing various deviation reasons in the deviation reason judgment model by using an image recognition technology, and determining the battery cell deviation reason of the to-be-detected vehicle. According to the invention, cell voltage deviation reasons are further subdivided through image recognition, and wide-range vehicle condition research can be carried out.

    本发明涉及一种基于图像识别技术的判断电芯电压偏离原因的方法,包括:S1.实时采集待测车辆所有电芯充电过程中的充电电压和soc;S2.计算所有采集时间点内的正常电芯和偏离电芯的压差,并在平滑处理压差后形成第一压差变化曲线;S3.基于单位时间soc的变化值及基于初始soc设置的变化阈值,判断待测车辆电芯的充电方式,并按照充电方式的不同将所述第一压差变化曲线输出至不同的偏离原因判断模型中;S4.利用图像识别技术对比所述第一压差变化曲线和所述偏离原因判断模型中的代表各类偏离原因的第二压差变化曲线的相似度,确定出所述待测车辆的电芯偏离原因。本发明利用图像识别进一步细分电芯电压偏离原因,可进行大范围车辆状况研究。
