The invention discloses a pipeline bricklaying lining system and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of building construction.The pipeline bricklaying lining system comprises a pipeline body, a first protective shed device arranged on the lower portion of the interior of the pipeline body and a construction and material transportation device arranged on the first protective shed device; and the construction and material transportation device is arranged in the pipeline body. According to the construction method, a safe and efficient construction technical system of'pre-trepanning, up-down protection, frame body stabilization and gradual lifting 'of a vertical pipeline bricklaying lining is provided, a construction material transportation and masonry method without damaging a permanent stress structure is achieved, and the overall stability of the frame body is achieved by adopting a limiting part on a first protective shed device and a jacking part of a construction platform; the horizontal back shore can be locally adjusted, random machining and filling of the masonry in the horizontal rod area are avoided, and the lining quality of the masonry is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种用于管道砌砖内衬的系统以及施工方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域,包括:管道本体,设于所述管道本体内部下方的第一保护棚装置,以及,设于所述第一保护棚装置上的施工及材料运输装置,所述施工及材料运输装置设于所述管道本体内。本申请提出了竖向管道砌砖内衬“预先开孔、上下防护、稳定架体、逐步提升”的安全高效建造技术体系,实现了不破坏永久受力结构的施工材料运输和砌筑方法,采用第一保护棚装置上的限位部+施工平台的顶持件,实现架体整体稳定;水平顶撑可局部调节,避免水平杆区域的砌体随意加工填塞,有效保证砌体内衬质量。
