The invention discloses a wear sensor for a shoe lining of a guide shoe, which relates to the field of elevator accessories, is based on a shoe seat and a shoe lining, the outer side wall of the shoe lining is fixedly connected with the shoe seat, and the inner side wall of the shoe lining is in sliding connection with an elevator sliding rail, and is characterized in that a plurality of sensors are embedded in the side wall of the shoe lining; each sensor comprises a bolt, a sensing wire and a wire harness plug, a plurality of first round through holes are formed in the side wall of the shoe guide, each bolt is inserted into the first round through holes of the shoe guide in an interference fit mode, each sensing wire is inserted into the corresponding bolt in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of each sensing wire are fixedly connected with the corresponding wire harness plugs. The device has the advantages that the shoe lining reaching the service life is monitored in time, replacement of the shoe lining is reminded, the situation that an elevator shakes seriously due to the fact that the guide shoe which is excessively abraded continues to be used is prevented, the noise generation probability is reduced, shoe lining replacement is easy, cost is low, the structure is simple, and the monitoring effect is good.

    本发明公开了一种导靴靴衬磨损传感器,涉及电梯配件领域,基于靴座与靴衬,靴衬的外侧壁与靴座固定连接,靴衬的内侧壁与电梯滑轨滑移连接,其特征在于:靴衬的侧壁镶嵌设有若干传感器;每个传感器均包括插销、传感线、线束插头,靴衬的侧壁上开设有若干第一圆形穿孔,每个插销分别过盈配合插接于靴衬的若干第一圆形穿孔内部,每个传感线分别穿插于对应的插销内,每个传感线的两端均与对应的线束插头固定连接。本发明具有及时监测出到达使用寿命的靴衬并提醒更换靴衬,防止过度磨损的导靴继续使用使电梯晃动大,降低产生噪音概率,靴衬更换简单,成本低,结构简单,监控效果好的优点。
