The invention provides a release device for an aircraft cockpit control system. The release device comprises a ball nut base assembly, a lead screw assembly, a bearing sleeve assembly, a cam sliding block, a stop piece and a spring. One end of a lead screw in the lead screw assembly is connected with the ball nut base assembly, and the cam sliding block and the bearing sleeve assembly are sequentially installed at the other end of the lead screw in a nested mode. The two studs are symmetrically connected to the two sides of the lead screw in a threaded mode, and one idler wheel is installed at the end of each stud. Spring mounting holes are formed in the matched end faces of the cam sliding block and the sleeve, a radial groove is formed in the end face of one side of the spring mounting holes, the roller is contained in the radial groove in a semi-embedded mode, and the spring is compressed through the cam sliding block to provide limiting force; the fixed end of the stop piece is axially fixed outside the sleeve through a screw, a boss is arranged on the inner wall face of the free end of the stop piece, and a groove hole matched with the boss is formed in the axial corresponding position of the cam sliding block. The disengaging device is used for linkage or disengaging of two sets of cockpit control systems.

    本发明提供一种用于飞机驾驶舱操纵系统的解脱装置,包括:滚珠丝母座组件、丝杠组件、轴承套筒组件,以及凸轮滑块、止动片和弹簧;丝杠组件中丝杠的一端与滚珠丝母座组件连接,凸轮滑块和轴承套筒组件依次嵌套安装在丝杠的另一端;2根螺柱对称螺接在丝杠的两侧,每个螺柱的端部安装有1个滚轮;凸轮滑块和套筒的配合端面上均设置有弹簧安装孔,其一侧端面设置有径向凹槽,将滚轮半嵌容纳在径向凹槽内并通过凸轮滑块压缩弹簧以提供限制力;止动片的固定端通过螺钉轴向固定在套筒外部,其自由端内壁面设置有凸台,凸轮滑块的轴向相应位置设置有与凸台配合的槽孔;该解脱装置用于具有两套驾驶舱操纵系统的联动或脱开。
