The airborne diet device comprises a main body part (110), a containing cavity (111) internally provided with an open end and a movable part (120), the movable part (120) is pivotally matched in the containing cavity (111) and can move between an ejection position where the movable part is ejected out of the containing cavity (111) and a contraction position where the movable part is contracted in the containing cavity (111) in a switching mode, and the movable part (120) is arranged in the containing cavity (111) in a pivoted mode and can move between the ejection position where the movable part is ejected out of the containing cavity (111) and the contraction position where the movable part is contracted in the containing cavity (111). A fluid ball (200) is placed on the movable part (120), drinking water or fluid high-energy food is arranged in the fluid ball (200), and an edible film is arranged outside the fluid ball (200); and the cover body part (130) covers the open end and is detachably connected with the main body part (110).
