The battery replacing station comprises a station body, a battery storage rack, a battery replacing station and a carrying device, a charging area capable of being switched between a charging state and a power storage state is arranged in the station body, and when the charging area is in the power storage state, at least one of a plurality of charging groups is a vacant group, and the other charging groups are power storage groups; a plurality of battery storage racks are placed on the power storage group to store full batteries, the battery replacement station is used for parking the electric vehicle and replacing the batteries, a battery replacement area is further arranged in the station body, and the carrying device carries the battery storage racks between the charging area and the battery replacement area. Therefore, the charging area is in a power storage state for storing energy when the power grid is in a peak load, and enters a charging state and charges the insufficient battery in a concentrated manner when the power grid is in a low peak load, that is, the charging station charges the insufficient battery in a concentrated manner by using the power grid in the low peak load period, thereby being beneficial to reducing the load of the power grid, being capable of adopting slow charging, and being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the battery.

    本申请属于电动汽车换电技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种换电站及其运转方法。其中,换电站包括站体、电池存储架、换电工位和搬运装置,站体内设有能在充电状态和储电状态之间切换的充电区,充电区处于储电状态时,多组充电组中至少有一组为空置组、其他各组均为储电组,储电组放置多个电池存储架置以存储满电池,换电工位供电动汽车停靠并更换电池,站体内还设有换电区,搬运装置于充电区和换电区之间搬运电池存储架。如此,充电区在电网高峰负荷时处于储电状态用于储能,在电网低峰负荷时进入充电状态并对亏电池进行集中充电,即换电站利用电网低峰负荷时段对亏电池集中充电,有助于降低电网负荷,可以采用慢充充电,有助于延长电池寿命。
