The invention discloses a high-integration and high-reliability heat management module structure, and relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles. The manifold assembly comprises a flow channel main plate, a flow channel back plate and a water tank, and the flow channel back plate, the flow channel main plate and the water tank are sequentially and integrally welded. A water outlet of the water tank is sequentially communicated with flow channels in the flow channel back plate and the flow channel main plate; and electronic water pumps are arranged on flow channel outlets in the flow channel main plate. By adopting the scheme, the water tank and the runner plate are directly welded into a whole, and a coupling interface and a sealing structure between the conventional water tank and the runner plate can be removed, so that the risks of sealing failure and assembly failure after durable use are eliminated, the reliability of an integrated module is greatly improved, meanwhile, the mold development quantity and cost are reduced, and the production process is simplified.

    本发明公开了一种高集成高可靠性的热管理模块结构,涉及新能源汽车技术领域,包括歧管组件;所述歧管组件包括流道主板、流道背板和水箱,所述流道背板、流道主板和水箱依次一体焊接而成;所述水箱的出水口依次和流道背板、流道主板内的流道连通;所述流道主板上的流道出口上均带有电子水泵。采用本方案,将水箱与流道板直接焊接成一体,可去除常规水箱与流道板之间的耦合接口及密封结构,从而消除了耐久使用后的密封失效以及装配失效风险,大大提升了集成模块的可靠性,同时减少模具开发数量和成本,简化生产过程工艺。
