The invention discloses a low-VOC (volatile organic compound) high-flame-retardant car trunk carpet and a processing technology thereof. The processing technology comprises the following steps: step 1, cutting off a polyethylene terephthalate surface blanket; putting into a deep-eutectic solvent of choline chloride and oxalic acid, and carrying out hot dipping; transferring into a dopamine solution, and dipping at normal temperature to obtain a pretreated surface blanket; 2, the honeycomb-shaped wood fiber board is placed in a flame retardant solution; adding urea, carrying out dipping reaction, washing and drying to obtain a pretreated wood fiber board; 3, the pretreated surface blankets are attached to the two sides of the pretreated wood fiber board, drying is conducted, and the periphery is wrapped; a hydrophobic treatment agent is sprayed on the upper surface and the lower surface, and secondary drying and pressing are conducted; the low-VOC high-flame-retardant car trunk carpet is obtained. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating the surface of a polyethylene terephthalate surface carpet, and bonding the polyethylene terephthalate surface carpet with a wood board loaded with a flame retardant by using dopamine as a binder, so as to prepare the high-strength low-VOC high-flame-retardant car trunk carpet.

    本发明公开了一种低VOC高阻燃汽车行李箱地毯及其加工工艺。所述加工工艺包括以下步骤:步骤1:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯面毯裁断;置于氯化胆碱和草酸的低共熔溶剂中,热浸渍;转移至多巴胺溶液中,常温浸渍,得到预处理面毯;步骤2:将蜂窝状木纤维板置于阻燃剂溶液中;加入尿素,浸渍反应,洗涤干燥,得到预处理木纤维板;步骤3:将预处理木纤维板两侧贴合预处理面毯,干燥,四周包边;上表面和下表面喷涂疏水处理剂,二次干燥,压合;得到低VOC高阻燃汽车行李箱地毯。通过对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯面毯表面预处理,使用多巴胺作为粘结剂与负载有阻燃剂的木质板材粘合,从而制备得到具有高强度的低VOC高阻燃汽车行李箱地毯。
