The controller (303) is used for controlling the bidirectional energy transmission circuit (300) to be in a rectification working state, so that three-phase or single-phase alternating current voltage input from a first port (300a) of the bidirectional energy transmission circuit (300) is converted into first direct current voltage, and the first direct current voltage is output from a second port (300b) of the bidirectional energy transmission circuit (300); or the control circuit (300) is used for controlling the bidirectional energy transmission circuit (300) to be in an inversion working state, so that the first direct-current voltage input from the second port (300b) of the bidirectional energy transmission circuit (300) is converted into three-phase or single-phase alternating-current voltage, and the three-phase or single-phase alternating-current voltage is output from the first port (300a) of the bidirectional energy transmission circuit. The controller (303) realizes bidirectional conversion from a three-phase/single-phase AC voltage to a DC voltage by controlling the bidirectional energy transmission circuit (300) to be in different working states, and the configuration is flexible and changeable.
