The invention provides a traction type elevator energy recovery method and equipment based on a flywheel energy storage system. According to the method, the flywheel energy storage system is connected into a power supply circuit of a traction type elevator; in the working process of the traction type elevator, the running state of the traction type elevator is judged; and the real-time electricity storage amount of the flywheel energy storage system is obtained, and the working state of the flywheel energy storage system is adjusted based on the running state of the traction type elevator and the real-time electricity storage amount of the flywheel energy storage system. By means of the traction type elevator braking energy recycling system, the charging and discharging characteristics of the flywheel energy storage system can be utilized, recycling and reusing of traction type elevator braking energy are achieved, compared with a traditional mode of arranging high-power resistor consumption, energy saving is obvious, and the situation that after a large number of feedback devices are used, the power quality of a power grid is reduced can be avoided; in addition, the flywheel energy storage system is long in cycle life and low in maintenance cost, and the whole-life cost of the whole elevator can be reduced.
本发明提出一种基于飞轮储能系统的曳引式电梯能量回收方法及设备,该方法将飞轮储能系统接入曳引式电梯的供电电路中;在曳引式电梯工作过程中,判断曳引式电梯的运行状态;获取飞轮储能系统的实时储电量,基于曳引式电梯的运行状态和飞轮储能系统的实时储电量,调整飞轮储能系统的工作状态。通过本发明,能够利用飞轮储能系统的充放电特性,实现曳引式电梯制动能量的回收和再利用,相较于传统的设置大功率电阻消耗的方式,节能明显,可避免大量使用回馈装置后造成电网电能质量的下降;此外飞轮储能系统循环寿命长、维护成本低,可降低整个电梯的全寿命成本。
