    本发明公开了一种无人机载分层水质采样和定深底质采样方法,涉及海洋调查采样领域,具体方法是:将碳纤板连接到无人机起落架上组成载荷挂架;安装自动绞盘和自动排线器,将水质采样器和底质采样器挂于绳缆末端的挂钩上,将水质采样器上的阀控器与控制器连接;当无人机飞抵目标位置后进入悬停状态,根据预设程序自动下放指定的采样器至设定水深,水质采样器上的电磁阀打开,待注满水后关闭,而后自动绞盘收线、无人机返航,该方法不仅能同时采集不同深度的水样,而且可以采集对应位置的底质样品,不受天气影响、勤务率高,速度快、效率高、成本低,彻底解决了人/船罕至、难至及无法至某些海域的痛点,适用范围更广、数据价值更大。
