The invention discloses a worm and gear type electronic parking power assembly for a drum brake. The shell and the upper cover are connected to form a cavity for mounting the motor, the worm and gear transmission mechanism and the thread transmission mechanism inside; in the worm and gear transmission mechanism, an output shaft of a motor is coaxially and fixedly connected with a worm, and the worm and a worm gear are meshed to form a worm and gear pair; in the thread transmission mechanism, a connecting thread sleeve and a worm gear are coaxially and fixedly connected in a sleeved mode, an output shaft of a motor is perpendicular to a screw, the middle of the screw is sleeved with a threaded through hole of the connecting thread sleeve through threads, one end of the screw is limited and installed in an upper cover in a non-rotating mode, and the other end of the screw penetrates out of the connecting thread sleeve and a shell and then is connected with a brake pull arm. Transmission is more stable, meanwhile, the transmission direction is changed through worm and gear transmission, the occupied space of the electronic parking power device is reduced, installation is convenient, high efficiency and stability are achieved, response is fast, and the problems that an electronic parking power assembly is large in size and complex in structure are solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于鼓式制动器的蜗轮蜗杆式电子驻车动力总成。壳体和上盖相连接在内部形成用于安装电机、齿蜗轮蜗杆传动机构、螺纹传动机构的空腔;蜗轮蜗杆传动机构中,电机的输出轴和蜗杆同轴固接,蜗杆和蜗轮啮合形成蜗轮蜗杆副;螺纹传动机构中,连接螺纹套和蜗轮同轴固定套接,电机的输出轴和与螺杆垂直布置,螺杆中部通过螺纹套装在连接螺纹套的螺纹通孔中,螺杆一端被无法旋转地限位安装在上盖中,另一端穿出于连接螺纹套、壳体后和制动拉臂连接。本发明传动更加平稳,同时蜗轮蜗杆传动更改了传动方向,缩小了电子驻车动力装置的占用空间,安装方便、高效稳定、响应快,解决了电子驻车动力总成体积大结构复杂等问题。
