The invention discloses a brake device, a brake device detection method and a brake device control method. The brake device comprises an elevator car, an elevator counterweight, a traction machine and an elevator control driving system, wherein the elevator car and the elevator counterweight are respectively bolted through two ends of a traction steel wire rope; the traction machine is used for driving the traction steel wire rope to move; the system further comprises a detection system of the mechanical braking device. The detection system of the mechanical braking device comprises a plurality of braking devices connected with the traction machine, the elevator control driving system can turn on each braking device in turn, and the effectiveness of the braking devices is judged by judging slippage of the traction machine corresponding to each braking device. A control system acceleration speed algorithm is used for comparison, and a working loop current comparison method is detected; and meanwhile, by utilizing the structural characteristics of the star sealing contactor, a method for automatically converting into a normal operation time sequence of the elevator after effective judgment is detected is realized, and the non-working state abrasion of the brake device in verification is effectively avoided. Double braking is achieved, universality is high, and cost is low.
本发明公开了一种制动装置、制动装置检测方法及控制方法,包括通过曳引钢丝绳的两端分别栓接的电梯轿厢和电梯对重、驱动曳引钢丝绳运动的曳引机、控制曳引机工作的电梯控制驱动系统;还包括机械制动装置的检测系统;所述机械制动装置的检测系统包括均与曳引机连接的若干个制动装置,所述电梯控制驱动系统可轮流打开每一个制动装置,分别对应每一个制动装置通过判断曳引机的滑移,从而判断制动装置的有效性。使用控制系统加速度速度算法比较、检测工作回路电流比较方法;同时利用封星接触器的结构特点,实现检测有效判定后自动转换为电梯正常运行时序的方法,有效避免了制动装置在验证中的非工作状态磨损。双重制动,通用性强、成本低特点。
