The invention provides an on-orbit assembly and module replacement integrated ground test system, which comprises an assembled sub-platform simulator, a mother platform simulator, a single-machine-level replacement module, a distributed vision measurement device, a marble platform and a double-simulator integrated ground control console, and is characterized in that the assembled sub-platform simulator is used for simulating an assembled sub-platform; the mother platform simulator is used for simulating a mother platform and executing tasks of assembling the assembled sub-platform simulator and replacing the single-machine-level replacement module, and the single-machine-level replacement module is matched with the mother platform simulator to verify the acceptable service capability of the system. The device has the effects that the on-orbit assembly technology of a large cabin-level assembly object and the on-orbit replacement technology of a small single-machine-level module in a microgravity simulation environment can be verified at the same time, and the module replacement operation technology and the attitude control technology of modules at different installation positions can be verified respectively.

    本发明提供了一种在轨组装与模块更换一体化地面试验系统,包括:被组装子平台模拟器,母平台模拟器,单机级更换模块,分布式视觉测量装置,大理石平台,双模拟器一体化地面控制台,被组装子平台模拟器用于模拟被组装子平台,母平台模拟器用于模拟母平台,执行组装所述被组装子平台模拟器和更换所述单机级更换模块的任务,单机级更换模块配合所述母平台模拟器验证系统的可接受服务能力。本发明具有可同时验证微重力模拟环境下大型舱段级组装对象的在轨组装和小型单机级模块的在轨更换技术,可分别验证不同安装位置模块的模块更换操作技术和姿态控制技术等效果。
