The invention discloses a battery replacing robot and a battery replacing station. The battery replacing robot comprises a rack, a ground walking mechanism, a hoisting mechanism and a deflection mechanism, and the ground walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rack and used for driving the rack to move on the ground; the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the rack and is used for being matched with a hoisting part on a battery box of the electric vehicle to hoist the battery box; and the deflection mechanism is connected with the hoisting mechanism and drives the hoisting mechanism to deflect, so that the hoisting mechanism is aligned with the hoisting part. The ground walking mechanism can widen the range of a working site of the battery replacing robot, improves the flexibility of the battery replacing robot, and is convenient to cooperate with the electric vehicle to complete battery replacing work. Under the action of the deflection mechanism, the hoisting mechanism arranged on the rack can deflect, so that even if the parking position of the electric vehicle has an error, the hoisting mechanism can still align to the hoisting part of the battery box, the battery box is replaced, and the requirement of the battery replacement robot on the accuracy of the parking position of the electric vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种换电机器人和换电站。换电机器人包括机架、地面行走机构、吊取机构和偏转机构,地面行走机构设置于机架的底部,并用于驱动机架在地面上移动;吊取机构设置于机架上,并用于与电动汽车的电池箱上的吊装部相配合以吊取电池箱;偏转机构与吊取机构连接并驱动吊取机构偏转,以使吊取机构对齐吊装部。地面行走机构能够提高换电机器人工作场地的范围,提高换电机器人的灵活性,便于配合电动汽车完成换电工作。在偏转机构的作用下,设于机架上的吊取机构能够发生偏转,从而即使电动汽车停放位置有误差,吊取机构依然能够对准电池箱的吊装部,实现对电池箱的更换,降低了换电机器人对电动汽车停放位置精度的要求。
