The invention discloses a hybrid power system energy management method based on a double-stack fuel cell, belongs to the field of fuel cell hybrid power energy management, and aims at a large freight truck, on the premise of ensuring the dynamic property of the truck, various costs of the freight truck are coupled into a target function through an equivalent hydrogen consumption method, and the target function is optimized. By optimizing the output power of the fuel cell, the overall driving cost is reduced, and the efficiency of the fuel cell is effectively improved. For a hybrid power system of a double-stack fuel cell and a lithium battery, a whole vehicle hydrogen consumption model based on an ECMS strategy is established, and the output power of the fuel cell serves as a control quantity; the optimal target function based on the driving cost is constructed for the hybrid power system, the minimum value of the target function is solved, the fuel cell output power and the battery power under the state that the total loss of the system is the lowest are obtained, the loss of the fuel cell and the lithium battery is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种基于双堆燃料电池的混合动力系统能量管理方法,属于燃料电池混合动力能量管理领域,本发明针对大型货运卡车,在保证卡车动力性的前提下,通过等效氢耗方法,将货运卡车的各项成本耦合为目标函数,通过对燃料电池输出功率优化,来降低整体行驶成本,并有效提高燃料电池效率。本发明针对双堆燃料电池和锂电池的混合动力系统,建立基于ECMS策略的整车氢耗模型,以燃料电池输出功率作为控制量;对混合动力系统构建基于行驶成本最优目标函数,求解目标函数的最小值,获得系统总体损耗最低状态下的燃料电池输出功率和电池功率,降低燃料电池和锂电池损耗,延长其寿命。
