The invention discloses a tire eccentric wear early warning method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring waveform information of a plurality of preset points on a tire; verifying the feasibility of the waveform information based on virtual calibration, and after verification succeeds, obtaining corresponding parameter information based on the waveform information; abrasion judgment is carried out according to the parameter information, and eccentric abrasion early warning is carried out according to the abrasion judgment result. Sensors are installed at different positions in a tire to collect acceleration waveform information, virtual calibration is used for judging whether the acceleration waveform information can be used for judging eccentric wear or not, the tread wear degree is judged through parameter information, and corresponding abnormal early warning and eccentric wear early warning are carried out. And the sensors are uniformly distributed in the tire, so that errors caused by circumferential runout are effectively reduced. The wear degree of the tire can be displayed, and early warning can be carried out on eccentric wear and abnormity.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎偏磨的预警方法及装置,该方法包括获取所述轮胎上若干个预设点的波形信息;基于虚拟标定验证所述波形信息的可行性,验证成功后,基于所述波形信息获取对应的参数信息;根据所述参数信息进行磨损判定,并根据所述磨损判定的结果进行偏磨预警。通过在轮胎内不同位置处装有传感器,采集加速度波形信息,并用虚拟标定判定其加速度波形信息能否用来判别偏磨,通过参数信息判断胎面磨损程度,进行对应的异常预警和偏磨预警。传感器均匀分布在轮胎内部,有效减少了圆周跳动带来的误差。能显示轮胎的磨损程度,并对偏磨和异常进行预警。
