And a second pouring formwork is fixed to the upper portion of the first pouring formwork, a second pouring cavity forming the upper cover is determined, and reactive powder concrete is poured into the second pouring cavity. And finally, the reactive powder concrete is subjected to steam curing, the first pouring formwork and the second pouring formwork are statically placed and then dismantled, and the floating type floating body is obtained. By means of the method, the impact resistance and waterproof sealing performance of the floating body are improved, the foaming filler can buffer internal stress generated by collision of the floating body under the condition that it is guaranteed that the buoyancy of the floating body is not affected, and the structural stability of the floating body is improved.
本发明公开一种漂浮式浮体的成型方法及漂浮式浮体,涉及光伏设备技术领域。所述方法包括首先确定形成底座的第一浇筑腔体,向其中浇筑活性粉末混凝土,对活性粉末混凝土进行蒸汽养护。然后通过钢板上的通孔分别向两个中空腔体注入发泡材料进行发泡,以使发泡填充物充满中空腔体。将第二浇筑模板固定于第一浇筑模板的上方,确定出形成上盖的第二浇筑腔体,并向其中浇筑活性粉末混凝土。最后对活性粉末混凝土进行蒸汽养护,将第一浇筑模板和第二浇筑模板静止放置后拆除得到漂浮式浮体。通过该方法提升了浮体的抗冲击性能和防水密封性,且发泡填充物在保证不影响浮体的浮力的情况下,还能够缓冲浮体碰撞产生的内部应力,提高浮体的结构稳定性。
