    本发明公开了一种电动汽车用超强直流充电插座,涉及到电车设备技术领域。本发明包括固定壳,固定壳的顶部安装有防护机构,固定壳的一侧安装有用于散热的螺旋式强力排风扇;防护机构包括闭合盖和弧形固定板,固定壳顶部的一端转动连接有闭合盖,闭合盖的一端固定有弧形固定板,且弧形固定板底部远离闭合盖的一端开设有倾斜面,防护机构包括卡板和弧形卡块。本发明通过一系列改进,产品采用特种抗寒改性工程塑料注塑成型;使得充电插座固定壳与螺旋式强力排风扇之间,用自动压紧锁扣从四个方向固定柱来导向锁紧而加固,固定壳在使用充电时插座体内电流温度上升能够迅速的排除散热效果,达到持续充电稳定。
