The invention discloses a phase scheme self-organizing traffic signal control method in the field of traffic signal control, which mainly comprises the following four parts: 1, analyzing an intersection release structure, and determining an intersection signal phase based on a standardized data structure and a minimum release principle; 2, performing executable stage design, combining intersection signal phases, and performing loss release and conflict screening to obtain an executable stage set of the intersection; 3, designing an executable order, and obtaining an intersection executable order based on an NEMA double-loop release structure and an executable stage; and 4, designing a release scheme structure, integrating phase, stage and order data to obtain a scheme structure meeting the dynamic release requirement of the intersection, and giving an application mode and a control flow. The method does not depend on or is restrained by the determined traffic demand, focuses on the intersection form, lane channel division and signal lamp setting conditions, and provides a dynamic release scheme which accords with the traffic signal design principle and adapts to different traffic demand conditions for an intersection intelligent control system or device.

    本发明公开了交通信号控制领域的一种相位方案自组织的交通信号控制方法,主要包括四个部分:一、路口放行结构分析,基于标准化数据结构和最小放行原则确定路口信号相位;二、可执行阶段设计,组合路口信号相位并进行放行损失和冲突筛选,获得路口的可执行阶段集合;三、可执行阶序设计,基于NEMA双环放行结构和可执行阶段获得路口可执行阶序;四、放行方案结构设计,整合相位、阶段、阶序数据获得满足路口动态放行需求的方案结构,并给出应用方式和控制流程。本发明不依赖或受约束于确定的交通需求,着眼于路口形态、车道渠划和信号灯设置条件,为路口智能控制系统或装置提供符合交通信号设计原则并适应不同交通需求条件的动态放行方案。
