The invention provides a high-speed elevator fairing selection method, relates to the technical field of elevators, and not only solves the problems that an RANS method only aims at a single problem and is small in calculation amount, but also avoids the problem that an LES method needs huge computer storage capacity and calculation capacity by combining an RANS numerical simulation method and an LES numerical simulation method. On the basis of an embedded RANS/LES mixing method, a synthetic vortex method is adopted to generate turbulence information of an interface, air pressure change of a lift car during operation in a shaft is calculated, then a fairing model with a plurality of characteristics is constructed according to actual requirements, the model is imported into Fluent software to conduct three-dimensional modeling simulation, simulation results of fairing of different structures are obtained, and the fairing model is used for simulating the fairing of different structures. And comparing various models and optimizing the appearance, and finally obtaining an optimal fairing as a selection reference.

    本发明提出了一种高速电梯导流罩选择方法,涉及电梯技术领域,通过结合RANS和LES数值模拟方法,既解决了RANS法仅针对单一问题、计算量较小的问题,又避免了LES法需要庞大的计算机储存能力和计算能力的问题;以嵌入式RANS/LES混合方法为基础,采用合成涡方法生成交界面的湍流信息,计算轿厢在井道中运行时气压变化,然后根据实际要求构造若干特征的导流罩模型,再将模型导入Fluent软件对进行三维建模仿真,得到在不同结构导流罩的仿真结果,对比各种模型并优化外形,最终得到最优的导流罩作为选取参考。
