The method comprises the following steps of: 1, acquiring counter-force Fr data of a supporting leg; step 2, inputting the landing leg counterforce Fr data into a model to obtain output information; wherein the model is obtained by training a plurality of groups of data samples, and the data samples at least comprise landing leg reaction force Fr data and identification information used for identifying an actual load G; the output information comprises an actual load G. The calculation scheme of the actual load of the crane is based on the counter-force of the supporting legs, and can completely describe the working condition of the whole machine including the upper crane and the chassis of the crane, the mathematical relevance and conversion relation between the state data and the actual load of the crane, so that the accurate calculation of the actual load of the whole machine of the crane is realized; therefore, the safe operation of the crane is more reliably guaranteed.
