The invention discloses a tower crane lifting self-control stable system which comprises a tower crane with a lifting arm, a variable-amplitude trolley connected to the lifting arm in a sliding mode, and a control system connected to the variable-amplitude trolley in a sliding mode. An electric hoist is fixed in the variable amplitude trolley and is connected with a lifting rope, and the bottom of the lifting rope is connected with a lifting hook; the stable monitoring plate is detachably and rotatably connected to the bottom of the variable-amplitude trolley and is used for monitoring the inclination state of the heavy object; the tightening adjusting mechanisms are located on the two sides of the variable-amplitude trolley and used for adjusting the heavy objects in the inclined state to be in the stable state in the lifting process; and the anti-shaking mechanism covers the outer part of the lifting rope and buffers the shaking of the lifting rope. When a heavy object is lifted, a motor switch can be automatically controlled according to the inclination of the heavy object, the auxiliary lifting rope can be automatically tightened after the motor is turned on, the heavy object is automatically adjusted, inclination is avoided, and the safety performance of the tower crane is improved; and meanwhile, shaking prevention can be achieved through the combination of the damping effect of the connecting springs and the clamping effect, automatic adjustment can be conducted according to the shaking degree and the wind power, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊起重自控稳定型系统,包括具有起重臂的塔吊,变幅小车,滑动连接在起重臂上;变幅小车内部固定有电动葫芦,电动葫芦连接有起吊绳,起吊绳底部连接有起吊钩;稳定监测板,可拆卸式的转动连接在变幅小车底部,监测重物倾斜状态;收紧调节机构,位于变幅小车的两侧,对起吊过程中处于倾斜状态的重物调节至平稳状态;以及防摇晃机构,包覆在起吊绳外部,对起吊的晃动进行缓冲。本发明在重物起吊时,可根据重物倾斜自动控制电机开关,电机打开后可自动收紧起吊副绳,实现自动调节重物、避免倾斜、提高塔吊安全性能;同时可通过连接弹簧的减震效果结合夹持效果进行防晃动,且可根据晃动程度与风力大小进行自动调节,提高其安全性。
