The invention discloses a deepwater intervention system tower, and relates to the technical field of deepwater intervention system towers. Comprising a hoisting supporting frame, a coiled tubing roller and an injection head are installed on the two sides in the hoisting supporting frame respectively, a control chamber is installed in the hoisting supporting frame and located between the injection head and the coiled tubing roller, and a power pry is installed in the hoisting supporting frame and located between the control chamber and the injection head. And the injection head, the coiled tubing roller and the power pry are electrically connected with the control chamber respectively. In the construction of submarine pipeline pre-debugging, a continuous oil pipe system is arranged on a construction mother ship, an ROV (remote operated vehicle) connects a continuous oil pipe to an underwater facility for pipe cleaning and pressure testing, the equipment provides an integrated deepwater intervention system tower system, and an injection head, a continuous oil pipe roller and a continuous oil pipe roller which are required by debugging are connected with a pipeline cleaning device through a pipeline cleaning device. The control room and the power pry are integrated to the hoisting supporting frame, and the hoisting frame is arranged, so that the shipping and offshore operation time is greatly shortened, and the operation cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了深水介入系统塔架,涉及深水介入系统塔架技术领域。包括吊装支撑框架,吊装支撑框架内部两侧分别安装有连续油管滚筒和注入头,吊装支撑框架内部位于注入头与连续油管滚筒之间安装有控制室,吊装支撑框架内部位于控制室与注入头之间安装有动力撬,注入头、连续油管滚筒和动力撬分别与控制室电性连接。本发明在海底管道预调试的施工通过在施工母船上布置连续油管系统,ROV(遥控无人浅水器)将连续油管连接至水下设施进行清管试压,本设备提供一体化的深水介入系统塔架系统,将调试所需的注入头,连续油管滚筒,控制室及动力撬集成至吊装支撑框架,并配备吊装框架,极大的减少了装船及海上作业时间,降低作业成本。
