The invention discloses a method for turning heavy equipment in a narrow space. The method comprises the following steps that S1, preparation before turning is conducted, specifically, a lifting point of the heavy equipment and a structural beam above the heavy equipment are connected through a first chain block and a second chain block; two ends of the heavy equipment are respectively connected with a third chain block and a fourth chain block; s2, the first chain block and the second chain block are tensioned, and the heavy equipment is lifted; s3, the third chain block and the fourth chain block are tensioned, so that the heavy equipment rotates; s4, the first chain block and the second chain block are loosened, the first chain block and the second chain block are tensioned again after the lifting point position is replaced, and the heavy equipment is lifted; s5, the steps S3 and S4 are repeated until the heavy equipment rotates to the needed angle, the first chain block and the second chain block are loosened, and rotation of the heavy equipment is completed; according to the method, large hoisting equipment such as a gantry crane and a truck crane does not need to be used, the required main equipment is common chain blocks and hoisting belts, and the effect of turning the heavy equipment is achieved through elastic combined use of the chain blocks.

    本发明公开了一种狭小空间内的重型设备转体方法,包括以下步骤:S1:转体前准备:将重型设备的吊点与重型设备上空的结构梁通过第一倒链和第二倒链进行连接;重型设备的两端分别连接有第三倒链和第四倒链;S2:拉紧第一倒链和第二倒链,将重型设备抬起;S3:拉紧第三倒链和第四倒链,使重型设备旋转;S4:松开第一倒链和第二倒链,更换吊点位置后重新拉紧第一倒链和第二倒链,将重型设备抬起;S5:重复S3、S4步骤,直至重型设备旋转至需要的角度,松开第一倒链、第二倒链,重型设备完成转体;本方法不必使用龙门吊、汽车吊等大型起重设备,所需的主要设备为常用的倒链及吊带,通过倒链的松紧组合使用,达到将重型设备转体的效果。
