The special-shaped cabin body comprises a special-shaped cabin body I, the special-shaped cabin body I is formed by fusing a front-section cabin body and a rear-section cabin body, and each of the front-section cabin body and the rear-section cabin body is formed by fusing and connecting a plurality of groups of convex curved surfaces with positive curvature and a plurality of groups of concave curved surfaces with negative curvature; the convex curved surface with the positive curvature and the concave curved surface with the negative curvature are formed by fusing a plurality of groups of smooth arcs through spline interpolation; the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a three-dimensional model of a special-shaped cabin; performing gridding processing according to the three-dimensional model, and extracting a curved surface; performing data reconstruction on the curved surface to obtain a generation track of the curved surface; performing post-processing according to the generated track to obtain set parameters of the curved surface; automatic laying is carried out according to set parameters, and a high-quality special-shaped cabin is obtained; wherein the curved surface comprises a convex curved surface and a concave curved surface, and automatic laying is performed in a parallel reciprocating winding manner in an overlapping manner.
