According to the design method for the fire extinguishing system of the cargo tank of the liquefied gas carrier, the total demand quantity of nitrogen and parameters of a release pipeline are determined according to the volume of a ventilation mast on the ship, and nitrogen in a plurality of nitrogen cylinders is conveyed to a gas outlet of the ventilation mast through the release pipeline. A remote control valve group is arranged on the release pipeline, and a fire source detector is arranged at an air outlet of the ventilation mast; and when the fire source detector detects a fire source, the remote control valve group is controlled to be opened, so that the release pipeline releases nitrogen to extinguish fire. Nitrogen is sprayed from a fire source to extinguish fire. And through the arrangement of the remote control valve group and the fire source detector, accurate fire extinguishing can be achieved. And the demand quantity of nitrogen is calculated through the volume of the ventilation mast, so that the fire source can be completely extinguished. Parameters of the release pipeline are calculated according to the ventilation mast, so that the cargo tank fire extinguishing system can extinguish fire safely. The problem that liquefied gas released by a ventilation mast of a liquid cargo tank is ignited to generate open fire is solved, and the situation that a liquefied gas transport ship has potential safety hazards is avoided.

    本申请提供一种液化气船液货舱灭火系统的设计方法,根据船舶上的透气桅的容积确定氮气的总需求量和释放管路的参数,通过释放管路将多个氮气瓶中的氮气输送至透气桅的出气口处。在释放管路上设置遥控阀组,在透气桅的出气口处设置火源探测器;在火源探测器的检测到火源时,控制开启遥控阀组,使释放管路释放氮气进行灭火。本申请从火源处喷射氮气进行灭火。通过遥控阀组与火源探测器的设置,能够精准灭火。并且通过透气桅的容积计算氮气的需求量,能够确保火源处完全被扑灭。根据透气桅计算释放管路的参数,使液货舱灭火系统能够安全灭火。解决液货舱的透气桅释放的液化气体被点燃产生明火的问题,避免液化气体运输船存在安全隐患的情况。
