The invention discloses a railway vehicle bogie and a driving unit thereof. The driving unit comprises a permanent magnet direct drive traction motor, a coupler output end, a coupler input end and a transmission shaft sleeve. An output end inner side connecting disc, an output end outer side connecting disc and a first lamination group are sequentially arranged on one side of the output end of the transmission shaft sleeve; an input end inner side connecting disc, an input end outer side connecting disc and a second lamination group are sequentially arranged on one side of the input end of the transmission shaft sleeve; the output end outer side connecting disc is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft sleeve end face fluted disc. The input end inner side connecting disc is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft sleeve through an end face fluted disc, and the input end outer side connecting disc is connected with the hollow axle in an interference fit mode. Compared with a traditional bogie, the overall weight of the bogie is reduced by about 10%, traction energy consumption and wheel track abrasion are reduced, and the maintenance and repair period is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆转向架及其驱动单元。所述驱动单元包括永磁直驱牵引电机、联轴器输出端、联轴器输入端、传动轴套;所述传动轴套的输出端一侧依次设有输出端内侧连接盘、输出端外侧连接盘和第一叠片组,该传动轴套的输入端一侧依次设有输入端内侧连接盘、输入端外侧连接盘和第二叠片组;所述输出端外侧连接盘与传动轴套端面齿盘固定相连;所述输入端内侧连接盘与传动轴套通过端面齿盘固定相连,所述输入端外侧连接盘通过过盈配合与空心车轴相连。本发明的转向架总体重量相对传统转向架减轻约10%,降低了牵引能耗及轮轨磨耗,延长了维护检修周期。
