The invention provides a low-noise retractor vehicle sensing device. The low-noise retractor vehicle sensing device comprises a vehicle sensing base, a spherical mass body and a driver rod. The spherical mass body is a metal ball of which the surface is uniformly coated with a shock absorption and noise reduction layer, and is placed in the groove of the vehicle sensing base; a first end of the driver rod is pivoted on the vehicle sensing base, a second end is provided with a meshing part matched with ratchets of the ratchet wheel, and the middle of the driver rod is lapped on the top of the spherical mass body; when the inertia G value borne by the spherical mass body is larger than the threshold value, the spherical mass body moves out of the bottom of the groove, the driver rod is pushed, and the meshing part locks the ratchet wheel. The shock absorption and noise reduction material wrapping the spherical mass body absorbs collision noise of the spherical mass body when a vehicle runs, the driving experience is improved, the shock absorption and noise reduction material is small in weight and thin in thickness, the sensitivity of the spherical mass body is not affected, and the functionality of an inertial confinement system is considered.
