The invention relates to an energy management method of an extended-range electric vehicle, a terminal and a computer storage medium, and the energy management method comprises the steps: building a road condition database of a vehicle driving route; after the road condition database is established, determining a predicted energy consumption value of the vehicle according to the current working condition data of the vehicle and the road condition data in the road condition database; and determining the engine output power of the vehicle according to the battery charge state value of the vehicle and the predicted energy consumption value in combination with an oil consumption target and a battery charge state target. According to the energy management method of the extended-range electric vehicle, the terminal and the computer storage medium, the low-load working time of the engine can be prolonged, oil consumption can be reduced, the battery charge state value of the power battery is kept in a proper range, it is guaranteed that the vehicle can fully recycle energy during downhill braking, and the energy utilization rate of the vehicle is increased.
