The invention discloses an electric all-terrain vehicle dual-motor drive assembly which comprises a front drive axle and a rear drive axle which are independently controlled, the front drive axle and the rear drive axle each comprise a motor, a gear transmission box, a differential mechanism and two half shafts which are sequentially in power connection, and the differential mechanism is arranged between the two half shafts; each differential mechanism is provided with a differential lock; and an output shaft of the motor is parallel to or vertically staggered with the half shaft. Compared with a single-transmission-box four-wheel-drive scheme, the four-wheel-drive four-wheel-drive system has the advantages that front and rear long transmission shafts are omitted, the space utilization rate of a whole vehicle is increased, and transmission efficiency loss of a front axle and a rear axle due to transmission axle coupling is reduced; through a control strategy, self-adaptive four-wheel-drive, escape, manual escape and other driving modes can be flexibly realized.
