The invention discloses a correction method for a carbon fiber front fork. The correction method comprises the following steps: selecting front forks of the same type; a first inner span value between the inner side of a left hook claw mounting position and the inner side of a right hook claw mounting position on the forming mold is obtained; measuring a second inner span value between a left hook claw and a right hook claw of the front fork after the step of secondarily heating the pipe fitting; calculating a difference value between the first inner span value and the second inner span value to obtain an inner span variation value; collecting first inner span values, second inner span values and inner span variation values of a plurality of groups of front forks of the same type, and establishing a database; obtaining an average value of the inner span variation values; the average value of the inner span variation values is added to an inner span design value of the front fork to obtain a corrected inner span value, and the forming mold is corrected; and preparing the front fork by adopting the corrected forming mold. According to the method, the front fork is prepared by adopting the corrected forming mold, the front fork meeting the inner span design value can be prepared, repair of defective products is avoided, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维前叉的矫正方法,所述矫正方法包括如下步骤:选择同一类型的前叉;获取成型模具上的左勾爪安装位的内侧与右勾爪安装位内侧之间的第一内跨值;测量二次加温管件步骤后的前叉的左勾爪和右勾爪之间第二内跨值;计算第一内跨值和第二内跨值之间的差值以得到内跨变异值;收集多组同一类型的前叉的第一内跨值、第二内跨值和内跨变异值,并建立数据库;获取内跨变异值的平均值;将内跨变异值的平均值增加到前叉的内跨设计值中以获得修正内跨值并修正成型模具;采用修正后的成型模具制备前叉。本发明采用修正后的成型模具制备前叉,可以制得满足内跨设计值的前叉,避免不良品返修,大大提升了生产效率,节约了成本。
